On the evening of May 3rd
The Horse leaves the Quay and makes it's way to Cher, another old boundary of the town. This is the last night of Hobby Horsing, traditionally known as "Booty Night".
Other "Hobby Horses" also go to Cher at this time, the gathering makes for an exiting finale to the celebrations.
